ToyRoo's return policy lasts 30 days. Once the duration of 30 days have been completed, we won't be able to offer you a refund or an exchange on your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, along with it being preserved in its original packaging. It must be left unused.
ToyRoo further enforces a policy on goods that are exempted from being returned such as used/opened products. We also strictly do not return on the basis of "change of mind." Please note that any item which is returned after 30 days of purchase will not be returned or refunded. Also, any item which is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will further not be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected and we will then send you an email to notify you regarding the receiving of your returned item, along with the approval or rejection of your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once your returned item has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This will take a few days to complete.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again. If there are no signs or refunded payment, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially released. Thereafter, contact your bank, as there will be a possibility of processing time before the refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
ToyRoo strictly allows for only regular priced items to be refunded, unfortunately products purchased on sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for the payment associated with the shipping costs when returning your item. Please note that the shipping costs are non-refundable. Also, if the item is incorrect, defective or damaged by our own error, then we will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with your returned product/s.
Depending on your location of residence, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please note that everything we send out can be tracked and followed. We are also not responsible for the wrong shipping address provided by the customer.
