Delivery

• ToyRoo's preferred shipping providers are Australia Post. You will further be able to track your order through these providers, and their estimated delivery times in accordance to your location of residence.
• Our products are usually shipped within 1 business day
• Deliveries may be made any time between 7:00am and 5:00pm. Please try to ensure that there is access to the delivery property during these hours. Kindly note that if you are not at home to collect your order, our couriers will attempt deliver your order to a secure location (near the door, footstep or mailbox), or it will be sent to your nearby post office for it to be collected. 
• International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
